How fitting today! Snow! Winter Scrapbook Page

Hi again, today I'm posting another scrapbook page.  The picture is from 3 years ago...and my kids look so little!  They LOVE the snow and that's a good thing because about 3 inches of the white, fluffy stuff fell here last night and about 5-7 inches more are predicted for tomorrow morning.  I feel that if it's going to be cold, then it may as well snow so my kids can enjoy it.  They've been waiting for weeks to pull on their snow boots.  I know what they'll be doing when they come home from school today!

I started with the sketch from the current challenge over at the GO Fish challenge blog.  Found some great paper from the DCWV Holiday stack (love the greens!), pulled out my Cricut and cut the "winter" word art and the squirrel.  Couldn't help giving the squirrel a pink hat...to match my daughter's pink jacket in the picture.  :-)

Recipe
Winter/Snowman word art - Cricut Gypsy Wanderings
Squirrel - Cricut Jolly Holidays
Patterned papers - DCWV Holiday stack

I'm entering this page into 7 challenges.

I love all the addition to the page and the page design..and photo!
We walk to school everyday so I'm not sure what I think about living in snow (which isn't a problem in this part of California, LOL!)

Thanks so much for joining the SOUS challenge,
fun to come see this!
