Let Them Eat Cake! Birthday Scrapbook Page

Yup, it's me again!  Surprised?  Me too!  I wanted to share a scrapbook page I made yesterday.  Yea!  I finished another one!  These pictures were taken on my twins' 1st birthday.  What an occasion!  It had been such a busy year....busier than I could have ever imagined!...but those two little ones just stole my heart!  Awwww!  :-)  I love these pictures...they really show the different personalities of my babies.  My daughter, on the left, loved eating her birthday cake (chocolate, of course!) and really got into it.  See her smile!  My son, on the other hand, looks a bit perplexed because his hands are covered in cake and frosting!  He never enjoyed being messy and to this day needs to be clean.  He's a frequent hand washer and when he was four, he proudly told me, "Mom, I'm very neat and tidy."  Yup, then and now!

Recipe
Patterned paper - DCWV Stack 6
Cardstock - Bazzill textured; Recollections
Scalloped circle from Cricut Mini Monograms
Birthday Cake from Cricut Birthday Bash
Peachy Keen 'Wide-eyed Kids' stamp
Title from Cricut Birthday Bash and Gypsy Font; welded and created shadows
EK Success 'scallop diamond' border punch
Cat's Eye chalk ink
Black Creative Memories marker for stitching/doodling
Stickles on sprinkles, candle
EK Success dimensionals for popping up title, birthday cake

I'm entering this page into five challenges:

Enjoy the day!

Totally love these photos! My son hated his smash cake. He cried--hated the mess. He's still a very neat child, too. Great LO!!!!
