Critter Challenge at Card Creations by C.

Christina at Card Creations & More by C. is having her 1st ever challenge.  Want to join in the fun?  Just create a new project using a critter from the Cricut cartridge Create A Critter by end of day, Friday, August 27 and link it to her blog.  All the details are HERE.  Thanks for the challenge, Christina!

Well, since Create A Critter is one of my favorite cartridges of the moment (have you seen some of the new releases???), I was more than happy to scrap a page using the cute little zebra.  The pictures were taken during a trip last August to our favorite local (well, it's a 45-minute drive) zoo.  This is the first picture I've scrapped from that trip.  I have the cutest pictures of my kids feeding baby deer that I should scrap using the adorable little deer from CAC...and some of giraffes...and a humongous alligator...does CAC have a rhino?  Ok, ok, here's my page:

Recipe
Zebra, grass - Cricut Create A Critter cartridge
Word "zebra" & shadow - Cricut Mickey Font cartridge, embossed with Cuttlebug folder 'distressed stripes'
Patterned paper - DCWV paper pack 'Little Safari' ($3.99 at Tuesday Morning!!!)
Cardstock - Recollections
White Gelly Roll pen for journaling
Black Creative Memories marker, pink Bic Mark It marker for doodling
Cat's Eye chalk ink
Googly eyes
